Great Food Ever

This is by far the best food I ever tried. I am always having issues with restaurants. Too much cheese, very acidic tomato sauces, very bad over alcoholic drinks. But I have been in Toscafino twice this year and my experience has changed the way that I see restaurants. The salads are amazing, their drinks are delicious. But the best of the best, my favorite is the FRUTI DI MARE. The most delicious seafood plate I ever tried in my life. Seriously. Who ever go to eat there ask for the Fruti Di Mare if you have not try it before. Great thumps up for the chef or cooks in this place.

Went for brunch with my family and loved everything from beginning to end.
We had an amazing waiter and he provided great insight of the menu and flavors. Great atmosphere and a just relaxing place to go and enjoy delicious food with great company. A must stop when visiting Brownsville

I attended a retirement ceremony here. The total attendee count for this event was 20. The room was to the right (upon entering from front door) rear corner of the restaurant, away from the general dining area with some privacy. They served (the same dish for everyone, as determined by our host) a delicious tenderloin filet in a sauce that kept the steak extra moist and enhanced its flavor quite well. In addition, there were sides consisting of mashed potatoes and spears of asparagus. Overall, the food was excellent. All of the other guests in our party commended on how delicious the food was. The portion size was relatively generous (compared to tenderloin filet at other general restaurants; unfortunately the price was unknown to guests at this event). The atmosphere of this restaurant appeared to be very pleasant and enjoyable. It was a Saturday night and I witnessed (I exited and entered several times) many couples and larger parties dining there in a peaceful atmosphere. Separate from this event, my wife and I held a pre-wedding post rehearsal dinner at this same location about a year ago for my son and his soon to be bride. For that event (party of about 30), we rented the larger reception room (operated by the Toscafino Restaurant) and all our guests commented how delicious the food was and how delightful and well organized the venue had been (please note that my wife kept in constant contact with the restaurant staff ahead of time to ensure that everything went smoothly). I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others for general dining, and in particular for couples as a quiet place to spend time with each other.

Our service was excellent. Chris was the man! The food was amazing. Had a tire repaired at discount down the road. While we waited we walked down to the restaurant. An excellent find.
